I perform a wide variety of administrative support duties ranging from general clerical support to complex administrative coordination and provide specialized program support for the PEARL.  My work requires comprehensive knowledge of the PEARL, university policy, procedures, and confidential matters, and involves intensive participation in the work of the supervisor. I coordinate the work of PEARL with other offices and represent the PEARL to higher level administrative personnel.  I make procedural operating decisions based on independent judgment and knowledge of applicable departmental policies and procedures. I am also responsible for routine technical work to support the budget formulation, implementation and adjustment. I also assist in a variety of public relations duties.
