Parking Services

Improvements for Parking Services at Morgan State University are currently underway. License Plate Recognition (LPR) for enforcement, individual customer portals to add or edit contact/ vehicle information, online citation payment and online permit purchase are all features that will become available to the university community in the coming months. These features will be phased in over the Fall semester.

While we work to get new features and implementations in place and get the campus community acclimated to a newly enhanced processes, there will be no charge to register vehicles, for faculty, staff and students for the Fall 2023 semester ONLY. Those who wish to park on campus will still be required to register their vehicles and obtain a parking assignment. Parking enforcement staff will be on hand to monitor parking lots daily and scan license plates with an equipped vehicle to ensure registered customer vehicles are parked in the correct locations during the specified time periods.
