Duties:  Manages pre-and post-awards grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements; monitors over 100 projects and sub-projects; assists with the development of statistical reports; monitors project expenditures to ensure consistency with approved budgets from funding agencies; assists with the processing of grant-related post-award expenditures for faculty, including over-expenditures; assists faculty in understanding OMB Circulars A-21 and A110 as they relate to budget  support maintenance or automated traced tracking system for active sponsored awards; assists with the compliance monitoring of PI/PD with reporting requirements and schedules of deliverables; assists in preparation of Board of Regents reports; provides metrics in various categories for all awards;  and performs other duties, as required. 

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Accounting or other relevant field; Three (3) years of experience engaged in  work related to accounting, budget or grant monitoring, budget management,   compliance reviews, or similar areas of work.

Preference:  Knowledge of Banner; Knowledge of A-21 and A110; Experience and knowledge of sponsored programs in an educational environment.

Requirements:   Knowledge of general accounting principles;  skill in program management; ability to fundraise; ability to write statistical and comprehensive reports; ability to analyze data; ability to manage personnel; ability to communicate effectively; ability to organize; ability to operate a computer; ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
