Department: University Student Center
Duties: Assists the Retail Manager and the Recreation Manager with the day to day operations of the Ticketmaster, Sweet Shoppe, Recreation Center, Theater, and MX Copy Center sales operation; supervises student employees; deposits money in the office depository; daily cash reports for each retail and recreation cashier at close out; provides support for events that require box office services; coordinates additional security measures required for events; maintains records of sales to the Morgan community as well as the general public; assists customers with making copies, sending faxes and printing; coordinates the staffing and scheduling of movies for the theater; monitors all retail and theater operations; completes projects assigned by the Director, Assistant Director and Retail Manager; and performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field. Three (3) years’ experience in retail sales.
Requirements: Strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively, ability to remain professional at all times; ability to operate office equipment including familiarity with word processing, email, and social media.
