When you alert the police, be prepared to say:
what happened
when and where
whether anyone is hurt
And if appropriate: tag number and vehicle descriptions, direction of travel, descriptions of suspects, whether any weapons were involved (write these details down as soon as possible)

Morgan State University has several motorized patrol units which patrol the center campus and university housing and responds to all criminal incidents. They patrol the campus community aggressively to deter criminal incidents and assist all within our campus community.
