Kwanzaa 2006

Morgan State University has developed a program that educates Baltimore Youth on the importance of KWANZAA. This program conveys its message to the children through music, games, exhibits, dance, art, storytelling, food and other culturally rich activities. The Celebration will be observed on Saturday, December 2, 2006.

Schedule of Activities

11:00 a.m. - REGISTRATION
12:00 p.m. - Theater Production of Seven Principles
1:00 p.m. - KWANZAA Cultural Stations
2:00 p.m. - KWANZAA Program
3:00 p.m. - KWANZAA Feast
4:00 p.m. - Departure of Children

Registration/Release

Each child must be registered parent or an adult to participate in the Kwanzaa activities. Fill out the registration form online and print the release form for each child attending Kwanzaa. For those who can't register online, manual registration will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m on Saturday, December 2nd.
