All hotel reservations and cancellations must be made through Acedemic Partnerships, LLC, 302-524-1099. The fax number is the 302-524-1100. If
you have any questions, plesase call. Hotel reservations guaranteed only
with advance payment. Hotel reservations received after the deadline will
be honored only if rooms are available, and not necessarily at the conference
rate.

No refunds for cancellations after March 9, 2009 (12 noon)
Refund Policy: A refund less $50 will be made to participants
who cancel their conference registration by March 9, 2009. No refunds can be made for cancellations after this date. If you register for the
conference, do not attend,
and do not cancel, the agency will be billed for the full amount.
