Graduate Council
The Graduate Council serves as an advisory body to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Council reviews proposed policies and curricula for all graduation programs and submits recommendations for consideration by the Vice President for Academic Affairs. The Council is composed of chairpersons of departments offering graduate courses or degree programs, academic deans, one faculty member elected by the faculty of each school and one student representative from each school. The Dean of the School of Graduate Studies serves as chairperson. Ex-officio members include the President, Vice President for Academic Affairs, and graduate program coordinators.
