Introduction: The School of Mathematical and Natural Sciences is recruiting for a Program Coordinator within the Dean's Office. Interested candidates should have a strong desire in advancing the mission of one of the Nation's largest Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU).

Duties: Assisting the School's Budget Officer with the daily processes of program inquiries presented by Principle Investigators (PI), from various departments within SCMNS; advising PI's on required processes; gathering information and initiating processes on behalf of the PI; matching the PI's requests with the stipulations of retrospective grant awards and maintaining records; interacting with various budget offices, University Researchers, external funding agencies, vendors and researchers and performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: The successful Candidate must have achieved a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field with one year of experience in Accounting or Finance related work.

Requirements: Ability to prioritize work assignments; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills congruent with working with other units on campus; ability to relate well with others within a multiethnic and multicultural diverse population.
