DIRECTIONS
From Baltimore, Maryland
Follow I-95 South to I-895 and pass through Baltimore Harbor Tunnel ($2.00 Toll). Follow signs for I-97/MD. Follow Rte. 97 to Annapolis/Parole and exit onto Rte. 2 South. Take Rte. 2 South to the junction of Rte. 2 and Rte. 4 in Calvert County. Take Rte. 4 South to Prince Frederick (approx. 8 miles). Approximately 4 miles south of Prince Frederick, MD make a right just after the J. Patterson Park & Museum sign onto Broomes Island Road/Rte. 264 and follow for approximately 3 miles and make a left onto Mackall Road/Rte. 265. Go approximately six miles and turn right into Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum (road takes you down through the woods). Follow the entrance road through the woods (one way) to stop sign. Turn left at stop sign. Continue approximately ½ mile past white buildings and turn left to the Morgan State University, Estuarine Research Center which will be to your right (red brick building with black shingled roof with dormers).
Caution: The Park has educational programs going on. Keep an eye out for children. The speed limit on all Park Roads is 15 mph and is strictly enforced.Back to Facility
