EVENTS FACILITATOR

Department:  University Student Center

Duties:    The Events Facilitator is responsible for event preparation, event break down, and inventory control.  Responsibilities include conducting inventory, labor and time assessments to determine requirements for completing daily tasks and those needed  for future events; delivery and retrieval of equipment scheduled; set up, break down, and storage of all equipments required for authorized events; establishing and documenting policies and procedures for inventory tracking and preventive maintenance; providing the Coordinator of University Events with regular recommendations for improved operational performance; preparing quarterly reports fro inventory, labor and maintenance; assisting in the administration and management of University events, as requested; and performing a other duties as assigned.

Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED; two (2) years of related experience.
