FULL-TIME -ADMINISTRATION:
MANAGER OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Job# 2007-031

Department: Design & Construction

Responsibility: To manage all construction related services at the University. The incumbent will assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure consistency with State regulations; participate in the procurement of construction services; and direct the efforts of consultants and the University's Construction Administrators as designated by the Director of the Dept. of Design & Construction.

Minimum Qualifications: A professional degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field. Ten years or more of experience in the management and construction of multiple commercial or institutional buildings, over $10 million in construction cost. Proven proficiency in managerial and computer skills (PC platform) and excellent organizational and communication skills required.

Salary and Benefits: $75,000 - $80,000 per year commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits include paid holidays, vacation/ sic/ personal days, medical and dental plans, pension plan, and tuition remission.
