This department provides wired telephone services for students, faculty
and staff. Telephone Services supports new system installations, on-going
maintenance and repair for those systems and associated telephone instruments.
Telephone service request are to be directed to the Help Desk at x4357.
Most troubles will be answered within 24 hours of the initial report.
The information needed when requesting service is:
- Primary extension of the phone in question
- Description of the problem
- Building, Room, and Department
- Main Departmental Extension
- Contact Person for additional information.
