COMMENCEMENT LOCATION AND TIME
The Commencement Ceremonies will be held in the Gilliam Con-cert Hall of the Murphy Fine Arts Center and will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. Guests should be seated by 9:00 a.m. to witness the pro-cession. Graduating students may have a maximum of four guests attend the Exercises; and, beginning Tuesday, December 17, 2013, students may pick up those four admit tickets in the office of their dean at the time when they are given academic clearance for gradua-tion. Guests without admit tickets will not be admitted to the Concert Hall, but may be directed to satellite locations in Murphy Fine Arts Center to view the ceremonies on closed-circuit broad-cast.
PARKING AND SEATING FOR THE MOBILITY IMPAIRED
Parking for guests who have impaired mobility will be available on designated lots. Police officers will be strategically located through-out the campus to provide traffic and parking directions. Guests with mobility impairments will be able to sit in designated areas. Ushers will be available to provide instructions and assistance. Pro-fessional signers will sign for the hearing-impaired.
Free parking will be available on "Y" Lot (behind Murphy Fine Arts Center) and Commons Garage (adjacent to University Student Cen-ter) For the convenience of your guests, shuttle services will be pro-vided from the Commons Garage to the Commencement Ceremonies and will be available for the mobility impaired.
For first aid services, graduates should see the marshals, and guests should see the ushers.

The Commencement Ceremonies will be broadcast live over WEAA-FM Radio Station, 88.9 FM, and livestreamed at morgan.edu/commencement.
