MDFL 305 GENERAL LINGUISTICS--Three hours; 3 credits. The goal of this course is to expose students to the language families of the world, their different sounds, grammatical features, and their relationships to each other. Lectures in English.
MDFL 306 WORLD LANGUAGES AND CULTURES-- Three hours; 3 credits. The course covers varying topics in the field of World Languages and International Studies or study of selected critical or less frequently taught World Languages and International Studies.
