Karen N. Darkes

Ms. Darkes is a senior majoring in Political Science and is expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in May 2013. She served as an Intern for New Jersey State Senator Jim Whelan and for Alisa Cooper, candidate for the New Jersey General Assembly. She has also served as Marketing Operations Ambassador at the Tropicana Casino and Resort. Ms. Darkes is a member of the Morgan State University Choir and has served in several leadership positions at the University, among them, President of the Political Science Association, and Sophomore and Junior Senator of the Student Government Association.
