Mr. Evans has more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and administrative experience in executive/financial management, residential and commercial real estate development and marketing, human services delivery, accounting and auditing, and small minority business development. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park and a Master of Business Administration: Finance, Real Estate and Urban Development degree from the American University in Washington, D.C. He has served on the Board of Directors of Annapolis Bank from 1991 to 1995.
