Morgan State University is committed to the policy that all persons shall have equal access to programs without regard to race, sex, religion, national origin, handicap, age, or status as a disabled or Vietnam- era veteran. For priority consideration, applications for the fall semester should be submitted by November 15; applications for the spring semester should be submitted by January 15. Other applications will be considered on a space-available basis.
First Year Undergrad Students
We believe the application process should be an easy & personalized experience for all incoming students. Keep in touch with your admissions officer throughout your entire inquiry & application process.
Transfer Students
Students transferring from another institution of higher learning or who are re-entering college after an extended period have different needs and concerns from first-time college freshmen. With that in mind, the Transfer Center staff has created a one-day orientation program specifically for transfer and re-entering students to welcome them to Morgan State University and prepare them for life as a Morgan Bear!
