Community & Economic Development

Departmental Mission:  The mission of the CED Department of Morgan State University is to gather, organize, direct and focus intellectual and physical capital, and other resources, both internal and external to the university, for the purpose of expanding and strengthening the role and effectiveness of Morgan State University in addressing the community and economic development needs of the neighborhoods that are near to the campus and/or part of Morgan’s wider constituency.
