MSU Foundation Scholarships
Scholarship applications are given out twice a year to students, and are awarded based on a sliding GPA scale and availability of funds.
Application Periods:
To apply for an MSU Foundation Scholarship for the Spring semester, online applications can be accessed via Morgan State University's homepage the first Monday after Thanksgiving Day Holiday.
To apply for an MSU Foundation Scholarship for the Fall semester, online applications can be accessed via Morgan State University's homepage beginning May 1, 2013.
