Call Center

 EMSASS will be the first-line responders to prospective and current students in matters pertaining to the high-demand EMSASS offices (Admissions, Financial Aid, Bursar, Residence Life, Records and Registration). EOVS will oversee the operation of this Call Center and will ensure prompt and outstanding customer-service. This will promote increased enrollment by providing interested students and their families with a positive impression of the university and will free up staff to more efficiently process admissions, financial aid, bursar, housing and records-related paperwork as well as handle other student-service responsibilities.
