Dr. NgomDr. M'bare N'gom (Ph.D., Paris-Sorbonne, Paris IV, France) is a Senior Fulbright scholar and Professor of Spanish and Latin American Studies, and French and Francophone Studies at Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland. He is the chairperson of the Department of World Languages and International Studies, Director of the African Studies Program, and the Latin American and Caribbean Studies. A former  National Endowment for the Humanities Fellow (Mexico) and a Fulbright-Hays program director (Peru, 2004), his essays have appeared in Hispania, Canadian Journal of Hispanic Studies, Diáspora, Francofonía, Australian
