Catering Office
Planning on having a party, we can help. We offer breakfast buffets, lunch, dinner, a la carte menu, side items, fruit salads, salads, reception menus, hot hors d'oeuvres, dinner buffets, desserts, gourmet cakes, beverages and snack items. We ask that all orders be presented to us with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Special orders require 96 hours notice.
Booking a catered event at Morgan State University is a simple, two-step process. University space must be secured before planning your event. You first contact The University Event Office at 443.885.4369. Their staffs will check availability of space, match function size to the appropriate campus location, and arrange for any audio/ visual or other non-food services.
The next step is to call the Morgan State University Catering Office at 443.885.3902 or 3402 to discuss your event. Our team will assist you in deciding on a style of service and the selection of food and beverage selections. We will support you in customizing and creating a memorable event. The total price for your event will reflect your menu and service selections.

General
Information
Reservations. All reservations should
be made at least 10 days in advance. Coffee breaks and small receptions for 20 or
less may be made up to 3 days prior to the event. Reservations for food service may
be made by contacting Catering Coordinator at 319-3097.
Guarantee. Regardless of the size of
the function, a guarantee of the final guest count must be given to the University's
Catering Department a minimum of 3 working days prior to the event. All details
should be finalized at that time.
Deposit. A 50% non-refundable deposit
is required 3 working days prior to the event unless prior arrangements have been made
with the Reservations Office in the McKeldin Center.
Delivery. All orders must be picked up
at the main dining facility. Final payment is due at the time of pick-up unless
arrangements have been made with the Reservations Office in the McKeldin Center.
Eligibility. This on-line brochure is
for the sole usage of currently-enrolled Morgan State University students sponsoring a
University-approved event. A valid student I.D. card is required and all orders will
be reviewed by the University. Any attempts to transfer this service to non-eligible
events will result in disciplinary action by the University.
