 Morgan State University is committed to the policy that all persons shall

priority consideration, applications for the fall semester should
be submitted by November 15; applications for the spring
semester should be submitted by December 1. Other applications
will be considered on a space-available basis.
The on-line application is no longer available for this upcoming Fall 2007. If you would like to apply for Fall 2007, please call us at 443.885.3000, or 1.800.332.6674 and we will mail an application packet to you.
