Upward Bound is a federally funded educational opportunity program through the United States Department of Education. The Morgan State University Upward Bound Program was first funded in 1972 to provide high school students to attend and graduate for college.
The Morgan State University Upward Bound Program provides these students with academic, cultural and social activities designed to build skills motivation and self-confidence.
