 Our parents are very committed to the service that they help to provide the students in our program. They are always available in time of need and contribute greatly to the concept and promise of our program.
Pledge:
We, the Morgan State University Upward Bound Program Advisory Committee, support the Morgan State University Upward Bound Program in it’s efforts to help our children succeed in high school, graduate from high school, and to attend college. We will support the Upward Bound Program in its academic and cultural enrichment activities geared towards the growth and development of our students. We will help build our children’s character, independence, community, and success in life as well as provide support in various areas.
