Dr. Adams' research interests include
organizational behavior and leadership theory, motivation and employee
ownership, and health care management. She has appeared in publications
including the Business Research Yearbook, Proceedings of the
16th Annual International Association of Management, and Proceedings
of the Multicultural Marketing Conference.
