If you would like to ask a question of a retention counselor, please read the following guidelines first:

We cannot answer questions involving personal information are protected such as grades and other academic and private information.

Never include your social security number in e-mails.
We will attempt to respond to all e-mails within two working days. Peak advising periods may require a longer response time. We will do our best to keep your communication private, but cannot guarantee complete confidentiality due to the nature of the Internet and e-mail.
Ask a Retention Counselor
If you have general questions concerning your academic status you can use the following form to e-mail a question to the Retention Counselor’s Office. We will be happy to answer most questions over the phone or through e-mail. More complicated questions may require an appointment. If this is the case, a member of the Retention Staff will contact you to set up a convenient time.
