Montebello Complex is located on the South Campus of Morgan State University. Montebello is primarily an administrative and office building. The Institute of Architecture and Planning (IAP) is the only academic program in the complex. The IAP occupies the B-wing on the first and second level.
There are three (3) studios spaces in the Montebello Complex: Montebello Auditorium (undergraduate program studio), C-09 (undergraduate program studio) and B-200 (graduate program studio). Studios are open 24 hours/7 days a week. However, the Montebello Complex is closed daily after 10:00 pm and on weekends. To gain access into the complex after working hours and weekends, students must go to Morgan State University Police at the Washington Service Center and show proper ID.
A card-lock is used to open the C-09 and B-200 studio with your Morgan Bear Necessity Card. Go to the main office, B-107 to have your Bear Necessity card activated.
For security reasons, please do not leave valuables in the studio.
There are two (2) computer labs designated to the IAP in the Montebello Complex. The “downstairs” computer lab located in Montebello Complex B-111 is open 24 hours/7 days a week.
