Video: MSU Library Dedication

Morgan hosts a ceremony to officially name the "Earl S. Richardson Library", in dedication to former MSU President, Dr. Earl S. Richardson. Ceremony attendees included: President David Wilson, Dr. Earl S. Richardson, Chairman Dallas Evans & other members of the Board of Regents, present and former members of the Morgan family, Maryland Lt. Governor Anthony Brown, Maryland Senator Joan Carter Conway and Baltimore City Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
