Morgan State University Modern Dance Ensemble’s 35th Anniversary Season

Come and CELEBRATE the Morgan State University Modern Dance Ensemble's 35th Anniversary Season on the evening of February 25, 2012, in the Murphy Fine Arts Center's Turpin-Lamb Theater.

This is a very special season - and a very special performance - because it is a Modern Dance Ensemble Alumni and Friends Legacy Concert.

Dancers will be returning to campus from various locations in and out of the State of Maryland to perform in tribute to Dr. Iantha L. Tucker, in her final season as director of the Modern Dance Ensemble at Morgan. The dancers will perform a combination of dances, some of which are Dr. Tucker's creations, and some of their own creations. Many of the returning Alumni and Friends are now or have been professional dancers, studio owners and dance educators since leaving Morgan.

Join the Modern Dance Ensemble for this memorable performance and celebrate Iantha Tucker's farewell season at Morgan on Saturday, February 25th at 6:30 PM, followed by a reception at 8:00 PM in the James Lewis Museum.
