The National Transportation Center (NTC) at Morgan State University advances U.S. technology and expertise in transportation, research, and technology transfer on the university level.

The NTC offers significant research and education opportunities to increase the number of women and minorities in the transportation field. As our theme states, we believe that transportation is a key to human and economic development.
