Work of second-year landscape architecture graduate students was highlighted in January 9th article titled "Baltimore's Downtown Public Spaces gets Face-Lift". Baltimore City is planning to develop a network of open-spaces in the downtown area. As part of this network, Morgan students focused on a temporary open space at Park Avenue and Lexington Street. Students ideas for the space included family-orientation recreational space, outdoor cafe, and farmer's market.
