Celebrate 10 Years of BSAED
On Friday, April 13th, over 40 people celebrated 10 years of Undergraduate Architecture at Morgan over food and music at Chef Mac's Louisana Cuisine on Harford Road.
In 2001, the School of Architecture and Planning (then Institute of Architecture and Planning) started the undergraduate program in Architecture and Environmental Design with only 4 students. Today, there are over 250 students in the program.
Graduates have entered the workforce as architects, planners, developers, and project/construction managers. Several students also continued on to earn their professional degrees in architecture, landscape architecture, planning, and business at some of the top institutions across the nation including University of Pennsylvania, University of Illinois-Champagne, New York University, and Morgan State University.
Thanks to Professor Gabriel Kroiz and Barbara Mobarak for coordinating this event that allowed us to fellowship with friends of the program. Great Job!!!
