A public website has been established so that anyone can watch the construction of the Center for the Built Environment and Infrastructure Studies. 

Go to WIndows Explorer and type in the window:  http://173.203.19.202:81/NetGuard%20Remote%20Client/4.5g/English/en-US/main.html.  Once connected to the aforementioned address, type in the following information into the dialogue box:

                                                                Address:   173.203.19.202

                                                                Port:   81

                                                                Authentication:  Basic

                                                                Username:  morgan

                                                                Password:  state
