Diane Wilson, Ph.D., MT(ASCP)

Dr. Wilson, Program Director, has been a clinical laboratory sciences educator for 30 plus years with experience in hospital-based and university-based programs. She received a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of Mississippi in 1974 and her certification in Medical Technology from the North Mississippi Medical Center in 1975. She received her Masters (Medical Technology) and Doctorate (Physiology) from Mississippi State University in 1980 and 1986, respectively.
Dr. Wilson's scholarly research interest involves development and implementation of active strategies for the recruitment and retention of clinical laboratory science students.
