The Mission of the Office of Residence Life & Housing is to build a community that inspires positive life experiences and personal growth.  We seek to support student academic achievement through learning that draws from all aspects of the student experience towards the establishment of a holistic educational environment.  It is our purpose to encourage a community of respect and civil responsibility.  We do this in support and commitment to the guiding principles and mission of Morgan State University.
