Mr. Carson oversees the department operations which include the Office of Community Service. He also meets with students individually for career counseling, portfolio development, graduate/ professional school counseling, career transitions, and internships. He presents various career-related workshops on campus and in the classroom.

Ms. Goodson is the on-campus recruitment contact for employers, MSU graduating students and alumni. She also coordinates the annual Career Day, CONNECTION, Spring Job Fair. She is available to assist graduating students with their career development needs including career assessment, interviewing, job search assistance and career transitions.

Ms. Hatton oversees the marketing and publicity for the department. She manages the Career Resource Center, eBear and the CCD website. She answers the office e-mail account and is available for technical assistance for eBear. She critiques resumes and cover letter, presents various career-related workshops within the CCD and in the classroom.
