The Technical Support staff is responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of all hardware, software and operating systems associated with the MSU network.

Request for Technical Support are to be directed to the Help Desk at x4357. Required information needed when requesting service:

0. Name, location and primary extension of user
0. Brief description of problem
0. Username & Password for system being serviced
0. Operating system
